PREPARE TO IMMERSE YOURSELF IN CAROLINA BASKETBALL!

The 2011-2012 team had a terrific year. It was rough having Kendall hurt going into the NCAA's but the team still played good basketball. This year's team will have lots of growing to do...some new faces and some old ones taking on major roles on the team.

Can't wait to see how the current players have improved over the summer! Could this be a great shooting team? With Leslie, Dex, PJ, and JP it might be...

Why I like this year's team.
Speed. Teamwork. I think that basically explains it for me. Last year's Carolina team was young but talented. When I look at this year's players everything seems to fit. More guards, big guys who look like they can run, and players who can shoot. I think we will try to wear teams out with a fast pace of basketball....get ready!

TRY NOT TO LAUGH AT THIS VIDEO....

Harrison Barnes is good. Real good.

    Questions to answer this season

How well can these players defend?

THE GUARDS ALL SEEM QUICK. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE OK THERE. NOT SURE HOW WE WILL DEFEND THE SLASHING FORWARDS AND BIG GUYS IN THE LEAGUE. HENSON HAS PUT ON SOME WEIGHT AND LOOKS TO BE ABLE TO HIT THE SHORT RANGE JUMPER NOW.

LOTS OF LEADERSHIP ON THIS TEAM i THINK.

I THINK ALL THE PLAYERS WANT TO GET THE PROGRAM BACK TO THE FINAL FOUR THIS SEASON AND WILL WORK HARD TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. EXPECTATIONS ARE HIGH BUT I DON'T THINK CAROLINA IS FAR AND AWAY THE BEST TEAM....THEY ARE ONE OF THE BEST AND WILL HAVE TO WORK HARD FOR A CHAMPIONSHIP.

Will Roy have anyone kicked out of the Dean Dome this season?

NO, I DON'T THINK SO. I THINK HE IS ON A MISSION THIS YEAR AND WILL NOT BE DISTRACTED BY OTHERS.

IS HARRISON BARNES THAT DUDE? YES, I THINK HE COULD BE!
